You'll find the Tuning Fork located on the right hand side of the front plaza at Spark Arena. Spark Arena is located in the heart of Auckland City, on Mahuhu Crescent, Parnell, Auckland, New Zealand. It sits alongside the heritage railway station building at Quay Park in Parnell.

Where do I find the Tuning Fork?
The Tuning Fork is part of the Spark Arena building, but it has its own entrance from the right hand side of the main plaza on Mahuhu Crescent.
How do I get to Spark Arena and where do I park?

How do I book a ticket to an event at The Tuning Fork?

What food and drink do you have at The Tuning Fork?
We have a fully licensed bar and offer snack/bar food for every show.
Is smoking permitted in The Tuning Fork?
The Tuning Fork is a non smoking environment and smoking is not permitted at any time within the venue. Smoking is, however, permitted in the terraced area outside the Tuning Fork.
Can I bring a camera?
Most events allow small handheld digital and instamatic cameras (only) but this is subject to the discretion of the artist and promoter and is subject to change. If cameras are not permitted at a specific event, you will see that information written on the show's Event Page. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to attending the event.
Video cameras or cameras that may be used for professional purposes (i.e., any camera with a detachable lens) will not be permitted into the venue and in most circumstances, flash photography will not be permitted.
Professional photographers will need to seek permission from the event promoter to film or photograph any Tuning Fork events. Permission is required from Spark Arena for any filming or photography of Spark Arena or The Tuning Fork.
Do you have EFTPOS facilities?
Yes, EFTPOS facilities are available at The Tuning Fork for all purchases.
If you'd like to grab cash before you come into the venue, you'll find an ATM on the corner of Mahuhu Crescent and Tapora Street, a 2 minute walk from the front doors of The Tuning Fork. (Having cash on hand can be useful if you'd like to buy merchandise, as our performers quite often handle their own sales, and frequently do it on a cash-only basis.)
I require special needs assistance; can The Tuning fork accommodate my needs?
The Tuning Fork is fully accessible for wheelchair users and fully accessible toilets are available on-site.

PARKING FOR EVENTS AT SPARK ARENA
The Tuning Fork has no public parking on-site, and we heartily encourage the use of public transport! However, if you choose to drive, you'll find many parking spaces within a 1.2km distance of the Arena.
On some nights, you may be able to find a street park outside on Mahuhu Cres or in the nearby area. For a diagram of Auckland Transport's onstreet parking zones and costs, go here.
If you would prefer to park offstreet, the closest carpark buildings are as follows.
Arena Car Park (Dockside Lane, off Tapora St., about 5 minute's walk away. )
Britomart Car Park (On the corner of Quay St. and Britomart Place, about 8 minutes walk.)
