Buying Your Tickets

You can buy your tickets online from Moshtix.

We're keeping transactions contactless to reduce the risks for our audience and staff during alert level one. This means door sale tickets will be available to purchase online from Moshtix once the event starts, subject to availability.

When You Arrive

Bring a mobile device, preferably a smart phone, with you to the show.
This will make the experience of ordering food and drinks, and providing your contact details for contact tracing much more convenient.
Please arrive when doors open.
Check your event’s details page to see the event schedule which shows what time doors open. Seating is unallocated at The Tuning Fork, so we suggest arriving early to get a great table or GA standing space near the stage.
We’ll ask you to provide contact details for contact tracing, just in case.
While you’re waiting to enter the venue you’ll be given the option to provide your contact details by scanning a QR code with your phone camera and entering them into the govt COVID Tracer app.
We’d really prefer everyone to use the app to provide contact details as this keeps your personal information more secure, and saves us from needing to decipher everyone’s hand writing  :)

During the Gig

Show Timings
Check your event’s page for show timings and details. Show times are approximate and may vary slightly on event night, so please arrive in plenty of time.
No more queuing for the bar!
We’ll have table service for food and drinks with contactless payment available throughout the event. You’ll be able to order and pay for your drinks and snacks using our online menu on your mobile phone, and our staff will deliver them to you at your table or you can collect them from our pick-up point at the bar.

Inside the Venue

Whilst we hate to think we ever ran an unclean venue…
We are stepping up our frequency of cleaning as we know that this can only help in reducing any transfer of germs.
Hand sanitiser will be available.
We will have hand sanitiser available at many points throughout the venue for you to make use of as you feel is appropriate.
PPE for our staff (face masks and gloves)
Our staff may be wearing face masks through out the evening. We recommend that you wear a mask too when you’re in public spaces away from your table (such as queuing to enter the venue or for the bathrooms), but as a guest you are not required to wear one.

Can I bring a bag?

We would prefer it if you didn’t bring a bag into The Tuning Fork, but if you need to please keep it small.

Can I bring a reusable drink bottle?

You can bring an empty reusable drink bottle into The Tuning Fork. We will also have bottles of water and glasses available.

I’m not feeling well, should I attend the event?

If you are not feeling well in the week prior to the event please play it safe; stay home and rest up rather than attending the show.  Send us an email to to discuss your ticket/s in this scenario.
